Meg’s Mission

Meg is a devout yoga facilitator that loves learning, adventuring and challenging herself with hiking/running and settling into stillness to restore and connect with a meditation session. She values a physical practice, stillness and connection with all people in community or one on one. She believes that where there is suffering in the mind and in the body, there are ways to bring ease, peace, balance and restoration to these observed places over time.  

Meg has a drive to conquer and embody these teachings and philosophies as best as she can and offer them to all persons regardless of how they identify, mobility, or ability.

She hopes to leave each person she meets and crosses paths with some lightness, some grounding and a smidge of magic.

Meg loves to spend in nature with her 2 dogs Chips and Ripley. She loves snowboarding and trekking whenever she can spare some time.

Meg values uplifting people and helping them feel fulfilled with new balance, gratitude and joy in presence. She loves to utilize yogic principles and tools to facilitate healing, re-balancing and connection through her yoga therapy sessions.
